CASADIVA
LIVE MATERA IN A UNIQUE WAY
The Welcome Concept
PORTRAITS OF REAL PEOPLE WHO LIVED FOR MATERA
Casa Diva is an historic manor house located on the border line which separates the Civita, the aristocratic unit of the Sassi, Unesco World Heritage site of ancient tufa areas, from the city center. The professional team who leads the works is made of designers, graphic designers and communication managers, all directed by the architect Mattia Antonio Acito
Casa Diva is the perfect place where stories and characters merge to describe a different Matera, the one you will not find in books, the one the tour operators will not tell you about, the one that survived the transformation of the world and turned it in its own image becoming European Capital of Culture 2019.
You will experience the stories of people who transformed their humility into richness, their unceasing work and their business intuition into a growth model, their lives into an extreme love message, their private dream of a fair society into a common claim, people who used their art to explain a difficult but fulfilling reality.
